Use webstorm they say, its better than vscode they say. Few days in, can't say I'm sold, not for typescript development anyway.
1. TSLint is enabled automatically for the project if it's listed in package.json. You can also use a globally installed TSLint and enable it for all new projects in Default Preferences - Languages & Frameworks - TypeScript - TSLint

I have a lot of projects I use WS with and I have new settings I would like across all projects. Like enable tslint. Only solution atm is to search all my projects and delete .idea if found.
