Use webstorm they say, its better than vscode they say. Few days in, can't say I'm sold, not for typescript development anyway.

Thanks for that, there was a reason I didn't @ you (ie no reply needed). But here we are, so: 1. TSlint not enabled by default even if installed on the system. 2. No (obvious) way to push a new IDE setting to all projects, if these projects exist already, etc.

1. TSLint is enabled automatically for the project if it's listed in package.json. You can also use a globally installed TSLint and enable it for all new projects in Default Preferences - Languages & Frameworks - TypeScript - TSLint
