@WebStormIDE since you are suggesting so often to submit a report, perhaps WebStorm should come with a feature, that would allow users to report defects in a much more straightforward way => press one button, add message and click send1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

There's such functionality for reporting exceptions. There's also a new diagnostics plugin that helps to report performance issues. But in most cases it's rather unclear what actually happened & we still need more details about the code and project that we can't get automatically

But thank you for the suggestion. There're definitely things that can be improved in the issue reporting process.
