Have a feeling that @WebStormIDE is trying to kill my laptop gradually. Can't explain those sporadic attacks on RAM anyhow else.
Would be hard to make sure it would work fine for all kinds of projects and languages, but might be worth trying.

Well, if directory is ignored, doesn’t this mean I don’t care about it’s contents? What am I missing here?

Ignored from git doesn't mean you don't need to check how things work in that or another library, for example. I would have it as an option
