What do you mean? Extract parameter refactoring? It's actually not a new feature. Can you please share an example that doesn't work.

My bad I wasn't clear. I meant the ES6/Typescript default parameter syntax bit (planned for 2017.3) . It is still using the ES5 syntax.pic.twitter.com/jGJljsMheN

Sorry, it's going to be available in WebStorm 2017.3 coming later this year, not in 2017.2.3
