In both cases I like that the IDE *can* do it but I don't like that I can't disable it. Annoying messages and I will never use them.

Please add options to: 'disable automatic TS conversion' - 'disable check for updated package.json' on a global level.

Additionally it would be really helpful if we could uninstall support for jshint/tslint etc. They are enabled by default on some projects.

Linters are enabled if you have the corresponding configuration files in the project.

I do wish it will be possible to really de-activate the things I describe. Hiding the popup removes the message but WS still does the check.

The same goes for all these ancient linters - I would like to completely disable or remove them, hopefully making WS running a bit lighter!

Looking for configuration files on project open doesn't have a significant impact on performance.

Sorry, but we believe that if a project contains configs for these linters, it means that they are supposed to be used in this project.
