There's a known issue about paths to the gulp package that get overridden. Is that what you're talking about?

No the paths to gulp files r fine, but the ones to node modules, interpreter, and custom environment variables get overwritten

It requires a separate import and runs with just one default config and there's no way to define a separate one for different files
