@WebStormIDE dunno what you did with final update, it stopped working with nvm, prerelease were fine... "no node binary in the current PATH"

where exactly do you see this error message? When you start Node.js run configuration? Else? Do you start the IDE via command line?

from any npm script run or debug session. Started from the OS menu, so indirect webstorm.sh. Terminal inside WS is still fine.

ok... I reinstalled node 6.10, it works. It seems you're having a problem with npm 4.4, reinstalling it fails again.

can you please check PATH variable for run/debug configurations with node 6 and 4. In the configuration click ... next to env var
