@kuzrob for both ESLint and Babel you first need to install them via npm. We don't plan to bundle these tools because of frequent updates

@webstormide you should have a auto-configure option that finds all already installed packages and creates a sane default-config -
@kuzrob it does auto-detect installed packages in most of the cases if you have a default Node.js and npm installation
