@WebStormIDE The auto-updater from 2019.3 (I think) bricked my installation to 2020.1 - a fresh re-download from your site fixed it, but just wanted to let you know.
Thanks for letting us know. What OS do you use? Any chance you can share the content of the IDE log folder (menu Help - Compress Logs)? We might find some clue there.

mac OS 10.15.4 - will have to check with IT on the logs and might get back to you.
