Sorry, but you introduced new bug with this patch release. Now we cannot open files in tab with double click on file line in left explorer. Only on file name. In 2019.3.0 it was ok.

Unfortunately, we we unable to reproduce this behavior on macOS and Windows. Is it not working for a specific project or all projects? Could you kindly share the IDE Logs (Help | Compress Logs) collected after the restart with our support (Help | Contact Support)?

Unfortunately, we had no luck reproducing it on Linux either. We'd recommend disabling custom plugins if you use any to see if it helps fix the issue. For now, you can download the previous version here http://jetbrains.com/webstorm/download/other.html … or roll back to it using the Toolbox app.

Do you have the Material Theme plugin installed by any chance? There's a similar issue with it: https://github.com/ChrisRM/material-theme-jetbrains/issues/1481 …, so if you use this plugin, disabling it should help.
