Unfortunately, we don't have a documented list of supported JSDoc tags but all official JSDoc tags are supported, with a few exceptions. For types, WebStorm understands the syntax of the Closure Compiler.
There’s also some initial support for the TypeScript import() syntax in @types tag: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-31971
which is why I suggested "you provide a page where it is described what syntax rules are recognized in the JSDoc comments"
