Hello Neil, you can simply create a project in WebStorm by opening a project folder. Is there anything specific you would expect from this action?

When I open a project folder containing whatever `create-react-app` makes, it doesn’t actually create a new project, it just opens the file tree. You have to create an empty project and jump through some hoops to bind it to the folder.

The Create New Project from Existing Sources was showing the wizard that was offering you to create a Deployment configuration to upload the code to an FTP server. Is it something you want to achieve?

Any folder opened in the IDE is treated as a project.

Sorry never mind. It’s working now and I can no longer reproduce. I’m not sure what was different. All good.
