Has this ever happened to you? When using Webstorm CMD to start a #node server, after closing it the server is still running and you don't know what's happening? Here a solution: `taskkill /im node.exe -F`, it kills all your running node.exe processes, so you can use them again.
Can you please check what option do you have here - if it's disconnect, the IDE will leave the process running.pic.twitter.com/hwxbV66g0d

This one applies to the processes that are running in the tool windows and were started using a run/debug configuration. Unfortunately, we can't reproduce your problem when running the process in the terminal - closing the project, quitting or killing the IDE stops the process.
