Hi, can you please tell us a bit more about the problem? Do you make changes to the files outside WebStorm while the project is open? Usually, the IDE needs some time to notice the external changes...

outside of webstorm, like sublime , add new file and new sub module , back to webstorm, the webstorm delay to reflesh in project view and delay to index, it's bad behavior.

One-two second delay is normal in this case. The IDE by design has some delays in the file system synch and the project view refresh. Usually, when you switch the focus back to WebStorm, it runs the synch.
