    Extremely disappointing.

    A Democratic governor just vetoed a bill aimed at increasing youth voter turnout. The bill that Gov. Gavin Newsom just blocked would have required public high schools to give eligible students the chance to register & teach them about the voting process

    Peter King stood head & shoulders above everyone else He’s been principled & never let others push him away from his principles He’s fiercely loved America, Long Island, and his Irish heritage and left a lasting mark on all 3 I will miss him in Congress & value his friendship

    As a mother, grassroots activist & national childcare advocate, I know how much is at stake in the upcoming elections. I’ve heard from many encouraging supporters—and with so much on the line for our community, I am seriously considering another run for Congress.

    We can’t talk about supporting the troops when they go off to fight in military conflicts then fail to support them when they return home. This we must commit to investing in our veterans with: 🏠 Housing 🏥 Health care 💼 Job training 🧠 Mental health treatment
