This is a ridiculous assertion. As you know, the profit of public utilities is regulated. The American taxpayer has taken out a $1.5T loan, some of which is handed to Utilities as a tax cut. The"excess profit" must be returned to taxpayers.
They are doing stock buybacks! I personally did not get a raise... question is who did?

What extra money? Food prices went up, services went up, medical went up, state taxes went up, gas went up...pretty soon my debt will be more than my earnings. #VoteBlue2018
