@WatcherDev We rely on CH, HR and HST being smart for lack of instant heals. Add mobile boss mechs and for at least 6 secs we are useless :(

@graceofair @WatcherDev remember smart heals were implicated 4 a reason. Anticipate/ pre cast only goes so far 4 shamans on multiple bosses.
