I brought up the length is because it was one of several factors weighing in favour of fair use. The fact that it was a transformative work commenting on the work in question is actually the main thrust. As is the fact that this video has no effect on the claimant's market

Long term you’ll need a different platform. Copyright issues now, rev share issues down the road. To make quarterly numbers, they will keep cutting creators’ payments to no end.
