We'd like to help. If you haven't already, can you uninstall the app > power cycle your TV > install the app to see if that fixes the issue? Keep us posted.
I posted videos to You guys it doesn’t work. This TV is a year and half old and worked fine with the app up until last week. All other apps work from amazon to Hulu and Netflix. Yours does nothing! Watch the videos I posted
