Ohio would likely gain one seat, rather than lose another... American voices are diminished when non-citizens are counted for electoral maps. Help pass HJ Res 34.

Also your ignorance continues to astound me. Those states can’t lose Electoral College votes. More people live in metro Cincinnati than in those three states COMBINED. But those states get 9 electoral votes? Ohio has 5x the population but only 2x the rep.
