If you got on Wednesday night, it's like a 70-80% chance you will get it on time. If they open up pre-orders again, there is a 10% chance you will get it on time. This is pretty standard with Amazon. They sent that to me when I pre-ordered the PS4 years ago as well. Got it day 1.

Yeah I got the same email pretty much with the PS4 and had no issues getting it on same day.

RELAX! Just be happy you have one on order through amazon. They sold out in a second. I was lucky to get invited PlayStation today and got my directly through PlayStation
