She never really cared for the horde as the horde. About the forsaken: The forsaken joined the horde since they needed an allience to survive pre classic and the alliance forces did not wish to walk amongst their fallen family mamabers. About Voljin: he did a load for her
I’m having trouble following your logic. Other lore characters didn’t like or trust her, so that means she didn’t care? Yes they had reason to distrust her...but just because someone distrusts you it doesn’t mean you don’t care about them?
(Tbh I kinda see Sylvanas as the Regina George of WoW in a lot of ways—angry, bitter, lashes out, and underneath that tons of self-loathing.) I think she cares so much she hates herself for it, so she purposefully doesn’t.
