My guild has a small issue with members atm and 10 man would solve it , but yeah , its too exploitable and difficult to balance.

10m mythic again would hit a sweet spot. 20m mythic is just large enough that there is too much HR overhead for it to be worth it for me

Mythic raiding requires Mythic recruiting too.

No guild or group ever brings one of every class anyway. In the top guilds you see the opposite, 5 rogues + 5 druids on a fight... (1/2)

Outside of removing RNJesus from loot (titanforge, leggo, etc) and not making AP farm mistakes, this would be the only way I raid again
