Hi there, seems like you've tried changing browsers and it's not fixed yet. Have you tried using Incognito mode to see if that helps fix this issue? Let us know!
@TeamYouTube Hello, I have been trying to add channel art and change my profile photo on my account for a while and all I get is "an error has occured". I've tried different browsers, signing in and out, and still I get the same result: no channel art.
Please help!
