    ⛈️ Thunderstorms are expected to move across Northwest Florida this evening & tomorrow morning. Residents in these areas should prepare for the possibility of severe weather, including tornadoes & strong winds. Residents should have multiple ways to receive weather warnings ⬇️

    possible for Walton County very late tonight/early tomorrow morning. Be sure to monitor this system and have multiple ways to be alerted to severe weather warnings!

    3/17/21 The squall line should affect SE AL & the FL Panhandle prior to daybreak tomorrow, and then move through the remainder of the area during the daytime hours. We'll be watching the storms and continue to provide updates, as all severe hazards are possible.

    Update on potential moving into our area the next few days. Continue to monitor and have more than one way to be alerted!

    A few strong storms will be possible today. A more robust system will bring increased chances for severe weather Wednesday night into Thursday. Damaging winds, hail, and tornadoes will all be possible. Keep up with the latest & plan multiple ways to get warnings

    7:08 PM ET. We’re watching two areas of storms. The main severe threat is a line of storms just west of Panama City, and we’re also watching another area of strong storms near the FL Big Bend. We can’t rule out a tornado or two through the evening.
