Thrilled to hear @MassGovernor has signed my bill recognizing the heroism of Rosa Parks into law! The bill requires permanent recognition of Ms. Parks sacrifice either by affixing a sticker in the front left window of all @MBTA buses or on the bus' LED fixtures.
Ms. Parks is one of the most influential people in the fight for equality. Her dedication to her principals and ideals deserves to be recognized. This is more than just a decal, it's an opportunity for all MA residents to reflect on her contributions to the Civil Rights movement
