@etellurian Because not everyone is Xian. Not complicated. Say "Merry Christmas" to your Xian friends, and Happy Holidays if in doubt. Easy.

@LeslieDavieau think of it like this. If someone says something to offend you then being offended is giving them what they want

@LeslieDavieau on the other hand if someone says something without the intent to offend you, then being offended is a choice.

@LeslieDavieau either way being offended is a losing proposition. Either you give them what they want or you look petty
