I’m a Republican, but if Republicans are just going to suck up to & protect Trump no matter what, then I’d rather have the Democrats control the Senate.

They refuse to debate/consider the bills sent over by the House. Not sure just what the Senate is doing these days, but they don't appear to be earning their nice salary/benefits. Perhaps they are taking meetings with donors and lobbyists. Perhaps they are playing golf.
