I did not realize CULTS were so easy to form. This reminds me of the Heaven's Gate cult, there is nothing that these people will not do or believe and I honestly think if he told a great number of them to lay it down for him, they would.

The important truth here is how attractive authoritarian certitude is to the immature conservative brain, which sees threats everywhere. What feels like moral strength eases their terror. OTOH, most mature adults see it’s just faux bravado from a similarly terrified narcissist.

Yep, well said... very clear to see when you do. Subtle or a tad hard to follow when you don't. Yes, emphasis on the "how attractive authoritarian certitude is..." and how wide spread that is and f'k'n frightening. Irony: Ppl whom PREACH freedom loudest fear it most.
