I’m trying to get an answer to this. What happens if house impeaches but Senate doesn’t vote to remove. Then Trump feels even more emboldened to engage in even more egregious acts for the remainder of his term. Can house try to impeach again?

Normally, being impeached by the House would be seen as a big stain on one‘s reputation, even if it isn’t upheld by the Senate. But I agree: this administration would probably even gloat and see it as a mark of honor
