This is among the many reasons why the GOP needs to hold primaries. The voting public needs to have a say in who they really want, regardless of the fact that the incumbent is running again.

Unfortunately, my state's primary is late in the season; the nominations were pretty much secure by primary day. If I were a resident of Iowa or New Hampshire, I would strongly consider Walsh or Weld. They each offer legitimate perspectives on the state of America.
