Look, I wish they wouldn't take a knee, and I don't have much interest in watching the NFL again this year, BUT I WILL DEFEND WITH EVERY BREATH I HAVE THEIR RIGHT TO TAKE A KNEE, and I find it offensive that the President of the United States is calling for them to be suspended.

I suspect if President Trump came out in favor of apple pie you would oppose it.

Why do you think Trump cares so much about players taking a knee?

I am more offended that they hold their arms up just like the #BlackPanthers who is a terrorist group. Most American's just want to watch a sport with out all the hoopla. @NFL will be trying to bring back football for years. Then they need to stop kneeling

If trump didn't bring it up every five minutes there wouldn't be all the "hoopla".

Does the President not have a right to say what he feels. He doesnt own the teams and he is not taking any actions against teams or players. He, like everyone else is allowed to voice his opinion regardless of your feelings.

As soon as the whistle blows they do what they're paid to do. They're not paid to play when they're kneeling as the game hasn't even started.

I wish they didn't feel the NEED to take a knee. Maybe the reason why they do should be focused on more and preventing it.

Agreed. I also don’t get why the POTUS thinks HE should be the one to get players suspended.. he’s the POTUS. Don’t get involved in sports. 🙄
