Associates already above $11 are eligible for the bonus based on their years of service. It’s important that we share these savings with all of our hourly associates.

Wow, how generous! A substandard wage, benefits for the few full time employees(most are kept as part time),and a likely crap one time bonus. Those Walmart employees lives will not get any better
