... the concept means to us (the facilitator & I). Then we both draw the concept and share what we drew and talk about what we see in each other's drawings and also how to protect that thing & what harms it & what nourishes it. Here's one of my drawings.

I LOVE their daily planner. There's a Maramataka guide, a list of karakia for different occasions, and a list of various kōrero for different occasions

A fantastic way to unwind for the end of the week. A relaxing massage followed by delicious dinner and a smoking sundae. Thanks for the fantastic company . It's been an awesome evening!

I'm sorry that it's getting you down. You do such an amazing and important job. Having someone explain in your own language eases some of the stress for family even if it doesn't seem like it at the time.

To me the meat that has a good life is always the best option. My uncle's sheep sell for top dollar at auction and basically chase you around the paddock wanting to play. The calves try to follow you home & then stand crying, heart-broken when you cross the cattle-gate

No journals purchased but I did buy some completely unnecessary but very pretty push-pins and paperclips...

The first image is how I actually drew it. I had some ideas of underwater worlds and seaweed in mind. My camera had other ideas, however, and put it in this perspective which really reminds me of acheik weaving in Myanmar. Maybe that's what in my head the whole time...

While I'll never be an artist. I decided to stop trying to draw and just play with my pastels tonight. As my therapist says, I need some things I just do for fun to help nourish my mauri.
