Also of note, 75% (107MM shares) of $TSLA’s float (142MM shares) have traded over the past few days. That’s a bit unusual.

    (2) And what happens when a (or Postmates) customer places an order for food from one of these restaurants? Wouldn’t have to alert said restaurant to prepare the food? Or do the drivers themselves place the order and wait around? Something doesn’t make sense here.

Grubhub is faking which restaurants it actually partners with | The ⁦⁩ story. But here’s what I don’t get: Are popular restaurants that don’t offer delivery/takeout not noticing the drivers showing up, repeatedly?

    (2) Not to mention the remarkable new definition of “feature-complete” FSD. The FSD option probably has 90% gross margins as the deferred revenue bleeds into the income statement. It’s one reason why Shanghai manufactured M3’s will not have GM’s higher than Fremont builds.

What’s really amazing is that despite delivering cars at a 450,000 annual rate, with a $57,000 ASP, made no money selling cars(ex-sale of tax credits) in the quarter. Producing at 100% of capacity.

Who wants to tell the Opco analyst that 90% of $TSLA’s “free cash flow” last year came from issuing stock, via share-based compensation($898MM in 2019)? Not from selling cars.

The sell-side follies continue. Note from Barclays out today has 2019 revenues at $18.0B and EBITDA at $6.4B. Problem is, 11M 2019 revenues were $15.1B. And 2019 EBITDA is on track to be $5.0B, based on the 11M numbers.
