For those who don't know: Albright is a political operative who got exposed in 2018 for using a network of fake accounts--some with black faces for avatars, including a deceased black woman--to attack Bernie Sanders and left Twitter.

Don’t worry, Sally may not be able to use or benefit from Twitter, but she still has access, isn’t that what really counts in the end?
