Instead of creating 2 fair teams for the showmatch (which replaced the intended 4 team system) they legit put a stack of immortals against a team with 2 or 3 divine players? I dont get it. It was a 3-0 stomp... I'm honestly frustrated to not even recieve an invite for this event
You could say its just for fun but when you throw 100000$ in the pricepool its actually insulting to invite people who have 0 followers on twitch and ignore people who streamed fulltime dota for the better part of a decade. Wtf yo?
I think sheep actually played at the NA event, which makes even less sense to me.
she didnt get invited though, she had to ask to be part of it and they put her in as a benchplayer on an NA team. That does not do @sheepsticked justice at all as a UK dotastreamer with good viewerbase.

Think I saw sheep on the lineup because my thought was "well they lost" (sorry) but you right about how silly it must looked. Coincidentally something similar happened on the FGC with a tournament between scenes that was a COMPLETE wash, but the issues were of a diff nature.

stop streaming exclusively to twitch and start multistreaming to other platforms as well. only fair competition will make twitch a better platform with no bans for nothing and well-thought events.

Yes, aside from Bulldog and Gorgc, i don't even know who are the rest and they are divine players? Bullshit. It's baffling to pick them while Waga, Cancel and Bamboe are not even invited. The money is no joke, even Bulldog said he was salty about it.
Kinda hurts with the current wordings on this when it looks like it is attacking the smaller streamers instead of focusing the organizer who I assume is at true fault
I dont mean to attack any of the participants at all, its the organisers choice of who played in it. People who legit never streamed on twitch took part in this and I dont blame them, I do think twitch rivals should be about people who stream on twitch though.
