Pretty clear we have to go back to the drawing board on West Seattle-Ballard Link.

West Seattle SkyLink

We could save a lot of money if we skip WS and Ballard bridge and build WSSkyLink and SkyLink from Interbay to Ballard Center as 14th Ave isn't of much use anyways. Once the road bridges get rebuild, we can add Link to it.
