@realDonaldTrump seems to understand diplomacy at no more than a 5th grade level & he won't accept the remedial help he needs. He's more than embarassing--he is lowering the status of the US in the world at large. And no one in the GOP has the bal . . . guts, to stand up to him.

In history the US would be considered an infant, less than 300 yrs old. Trump is tearing up our democracy to the core and the level of respect we get in the world will all be gone. It'll be like starting our country from scratch again. All this to put money in his pocket.

Let me try to understand; the u.s. would have to somehow count undocumented immigrants (who they can’t catch anyway) from each country and somehow calculate how much to reduce aid to each of those countries. This accomplishes what?

Makes sense. If the money is supposed to go to the people but all of them are coming here then why give away Americans tax money when we don't need too.

Mr. #Trump needs to be educated promptly, about the role aid plays in #international #geopolitics; #American #influence is fast eroding with every myopic move he makes in his rather limited understanding of how the #global #economy works.

Notice that virtually all his anti immigrant statements are directed at the southern border?

Someone explain the logic of this. You're exacerbating the struggles in the home territory by withholding aid - effectively forcing them to flee to the US.

Wouldn't the lack of aid make conditions worse in some of those countries, driving more people to leave?
