What they aren't telling you about are the problems that happen from this setup. Increases in illnesses. Outbreaks of things like lice. Faster breakdown of equipment due to lack of "ownership". Higher turnover. Slower work speeds. Lowered sense of teamwork. Etc. #DontRecommendIt

Everyone sort of carved out their little areas when they introduced us to the new floor plan and for the most part everyone’s stuck to their areas. Everyone hates it, though.

Further eroding any value employees might hold for their work place. First you took offices, then cubicles, now you're taking their desk, and employers wonder why people dont give 110% any more. You make workers despise you boss man.
