Disney (animation) and Pixar would not be what it is without John Lasseter. Yes he shouldn't have violated those women but I don't believe it's too late to make amends.

So....what has he done to make ammends? He's taken leave, but what...6 months of...bed rest? Vacation? Actively seeking out a way to repent and heal his victims? I wanna know what's going on with his victims during that 6 months? We never hear if they get a say.

Well, he never touched a butt, just kisses and hugs for what I've read. I really don't think that those things are crimes. Just "inappropriate" for some. =P

“Just” kisses? What the fuck dude? (Not to mention rubbing women’s legs, and yes, hugs.)

I didn't heard of that part of rubbing legs madam. Please, don't think that I agree with his behavior, I Don't. But (until that part involving legs) those are not crimes, just really inappropriate for a workplace.

Do you realize by phrasing it as “just” inappropriate minimizes it? Minimizes the damage done to women’s careers because of this pattern of behavior? (Not to mention having to dodge your bosses’ mouth should not be a thing.)

I agree with you. I'm sorry for making this a lesser problem than it is.

To all the men commenting and saying his actions are not that bad: Where the hell is your empathy? Imagine if your boss (who is one of the most powerful figures in your industry) was twice as large as you and tried to inappropriately kiss and hug you.
