Nothing intemperate about it. You don't brief people, even congressmen, about ongoing investigations. What a bullshit opinion piece.

Rosenstein is fighting an uphill battle to put rule of law over loyalty to Trump, which is directly counter to house agenda. Attack is justified.

Reminds me so much of Holder's contempt of congress. Our judicial system is in tatters thanks to Obama and the Democrats

Not sure what that has to do with anything? So was Sessions and he is allowing the slow walking and contempt of Congress to continue. The FBI was turned into a political weapon just like the IRS during the Obama administration.

Aaaaaand the WSJ Editorial Board peers over the rail into the depths, and then into the cabin, noticing a wall of water pushing up the floorboards, and decides to handcuff itself to the radiator.

This editorial is pure damn right wing Naziesque bullshit. Maybe at the @WSJ, you are under the impression this is Germany 1933, well it's not. Mr, Rosenstein is following the law, something the WSJ should study and heed.

Why would Rod Rosenstein want to turn over evidence proving that he used an unverified dossier, compiled by an unregistered foreign agent who paid pro-Russian Ukrainian gov. officials for the false info., to spy on @realDonaldTrump for @HillaryClinton during the 2016 election?

Rosenstein is a typical United States Civil Service employee, the "rights" he feels entitled to are far above what a Citizen has, and that is how they all think. The swamp the needs emptied is the United States Civil Service and starts with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
