Stop with this false narrative, you're insane. China need a one child policy, an aim to reduce numbers not increase. It doesn't matter that median age is higher, there are still young people & the very aged pass away. Robotics can assist people stay productive into very old age.

China already relaxed the one child policy several years ago. People still won’t have more children.

That's positive. Leave China alone. The less human births, the better, at this point. Every country must have a population policy and aim to reduce their number to contain itself and leave 90% as wilderness, to other species. You are not the only species on this planet.

People were having more than one child during the one child policy and they are still having more than one child. The biggest issue really has nothing to do with the very strange angle of this article, but on back alley abortions of female babies in small cities.

There are still too many. China is industrialized and can streamline something to improve the life of seniors while reducing their population. I don’t think they’re ready to lift the ban. thing is that because they’re so over populated they consume jobs other nations need.

China has 1 billion people. The USA and Europe combined including the UK have 800 million. There are too many people in China. People are going to jail for cheating. More babies aint gonna fix that.

Additionally 90% of China is Hahn, so only 100 million have good genetic diversity.

It’s a necessity transition. They have to reduce their population along with India so the rest of the world can support itself and not pull all resources to help them. They have to reduce their population.
