A friend of mine over 20 years ago noticed my lists were causing me even more anxiety! I had to have everything crossed off the list before I could go out, go to bed, etc. it wasn’t healthy!

Worked for a company in the 90's that used Franklin-Covey system (ABC-123 prioritization & "write it down to earn the right to forget it"). Found GTD a decade ago, made lists of about 200 individual items. Now I wake up & decide how I want to spend my day.
