Not one for price hikes but if you think $119 for Amazon Prime is a rip off you are clearly not taking full advantage of what Prime offers youpic.twitter.com/K7ZRlD5MHe

Huge tax break, which is leading them to pay 1.4b tax in 2017 & set aside half that for 2018 planning ~$750m. Raising prime 20%. Yep, sure feels like a middle class tax break

Let me get this straight, they double profits, then they want to raise the price of prime to their customers? Keep it up Amazon, you'll have competition soon!

$119 per year for
#AmazonPrime is still a good deal for me, 2-3 deliveries a week from Amazon for groceries, monthly bulk orders, kids homeschool books plus no paying for costco or netflix - it's additional costs for kindle unlimited or amazon music that worry about.. -
OK,next year $219

Reach the public as quickly as possible. "For immediate release", will this boost Amazons sales?

It’s $10 a month. I wish we could opt out of the streaming because I’m paying for content I can’t use. It’s still a good deal bc I live in the boonies so it’s cheaper to order amazon then drive around for hours.
