Good. Its a park. Drive around it. If you're late, tough. Next time leave earlier.

Many of us wanted this years ago. Now, let's ban all horses from city traffic.

Every moment not spent napping will be utilized making the average speed on city streets 2 MPH.

Here's 4 ideas that would fix it. 1. Congestion Pricing should get rid of some high income car commuters 2. Charge for resident parking 3. Ban deliveries between 7 and 7pm on major Avenues 4. $1,000 fine for parking in a bus lane or double parking on an Ave between 7 and 7pm.

Those ideas would be in phase II. Unless the city is at a total standstill the people will resist being fleeced.

Wow, would be great if @NYCMayor banned bombs in #CentralPark , but first he needs to call them bombs and not fireworks. Still need leads in unsolved #CentralParkExplosion bomb, contained TATP, terrorists make, maimed my son.pic.twitter.com/cJtuXOrsQT

I can't think of a single real argument against this. My taxi will get slowed down going up Madison is an exceptionally selfish perspective. I always felt selfish spoiling peoples enjoyment of the park sitting in a car.

Please explain. I run in the park 5 days a week and I have never seen any car stop to drop off anyone (handicapped or not) except for diners at the Boathouse.
