Data should be dependent on Ratio of Internet users vs App downloads. If you consider ratio then USA and UK will come on top not India and China. And coming to topic of Russia, do you really think Russia with smaller population then China will come on top?

Massive market, they only need about 25 percent coverage to reach more consumers. The net spend is a problem though, GDP per capita at about $2k and the US at about $60k. That's going to make extracting profit from a 'cash poor' population a test.
