The constitution gives Congress the sole power to declare war. Now, some on Capitol Hill are worried they’ve been sidelinedhttps://on.wsj.com/2JZ4SBw

I wonder if the same people are concerned when we led from behind on Libya?

You forgot about the war powers act. We haven't declared war on Syria, we just bombed the crap out of some chemical weapons factories. Did you forget Bo got us tangled up in 7 wars without congressional approval?

"“I’m not as much concerned about this particular strike as about the implications of him doing it without Congress in the context of Iran or North Korea,” said Rep. Thomas Massie, a Kentucky Republican." This is funny bc 45 basically already did this sideways

Didn’t know congress knew how to do shit! They practiced doing nothing so hard during Obama’s days they forgot they’re actually there for something

When the President feels like he can TRUST members of Congress He will tell them what He is going to do. As it stands now IF HE TOLD congress ONE or MORE of THEM would TELL THE PRESS and there would be NO SURPRISE to the enemy!
