        If you had a National Health Service in the USA, like we do in the UK, you could keep a lid on #healthcare costs, spend the #money you do spend more efficiently & effectively, & the biggest cause of personal bankruptcy would no longer be healthcare costs. Plus, no-one would go

        Weird, you ever suspect that the purposeful destruction of American benefits, safety nets & infrastructure by conservatives is all a racket to make us spend more money so the ownership class keeps getting richer at our expense? Anyhow I’m implying this is part of that pattern.
